Used mostly for shipping smaller items such as accessories. Customers are given tracking details upon booking, ensuring full visibility of their shipment.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the product and the shipping address. In the event of incorrect charges due to inaccurate measurements, we will contact you to arrange the correct shipping cost.

Additional costs may apply if there are issues with the delivery location or parcel dimensions. In such cases, our office representative will contact you directly to discuss any adjustments.

Order Amount & Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping cost will be provided for all orders at checkout
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination
  • Any cost adjustments will be communicated to you before processing

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Di Pacci Coffee Company ships to addresses worldwide. For specific delivery questions regarding P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, please contact us at support@dipocciusa.shop before placing your order.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch, allowing you to monitor your package every step of the way.

Damages

  3. Take photos of the damage as evidence

International Shipping Policy

We ship internationally with our courier partners. DHL is used for most international deliveries, and TNT is used specifically for New Zealand shipping. International orders are subject to the same processing times and tracking standards as domestic shipments.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it's recognized as a valid address. If we cannot validate the address:

  • We will attempt to contact the customer to provide an updated address
  • If we cannot update the address, the order will be cancelled and refunded
  • Di Pacci Coffee Company USA will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package

📦 Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you didn't receive your order but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

What happens next:

  • We will file a claim with the shipping carrier
  • Local law enforcement will be involved if necessary
  • We will replace or refund your order once the investigation is complete
  • Please allow up to 21 days for the investigation to be completed
