User friendly features include: illuminated touch pad buttons to control the dose of coffee at the touch of a button, direct pre-infusion, steam pressure gauge, automatic boiler refill and back-flush program for each group.

The electronic switchboard helps control the dosage of coffee through 5 selection buttons, located above each group. These allow you to dispense the right amount of coffee at the push of a button.

Yes. Every pre-owned, ex-demo, and ex-training-room machine is inspected and fully serviced by our qualified technicians before it ships — many go through a detailed multi-point safety check. They're cleaned, tested, and ready to work on arrival, so you get proven performance at a fraction of new-machine cost.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase, and a 30% restocking fee applies. Contact us first to start a return (items sent back without authorization can't be accepted). Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
