ACS Vesuvius Coffee Machine with digital pressure profiling dual boiler.

With its namesake coming from the destructive Vesuvius volcano that ruined the city of Pompeii, this pressure profiling dual boiler machine is a new way to experience home brewing. This machine offers total control to the user through its stainless steel boilers, FG304 Gear pump, dot matrix touch screen control, and multi-phase profiling. Rather than an exterior wrapped in mirror finish stainless steel with tasteful wooden accents on the brew switch, portafilter, steam and hot water levers, this machine has a clean aesthetic characterized by a sleek design.

The gear pump has a speed controllable motor unit that allows you to adjust brew pressure and program up to five different profiles that you can use while brewing. The profiles have seven phases each that allows you to set a pressure between 2 and 12 bar and adjusted in 0.2 bar increments.

Different people have different preferences when it comes to their coffee machines. Some people like the stainless steel construction and the Gicar PID that allows for individual control of each boiler. Others appreciate the machine's height of 16.33", which means it will fit under most standard cabinets, and the 3L water reservoir that pulls out of the left side of the machine. This design is practical because it means you don't need to move the machine when you need to refill it. You can also choose to plumb the machine directly to your water mains, which pumps water into the reservoir instead of the brew boiler so your line pressure won't impact your brew pressure. If you don't want to plumb the machine, your Dot Matrix will provide you with a readout that monitors the amount of water left in the reservoir.
