The Forma is an eye catching and engaging machine that is suitable as a focal point for a variety of locations. The modern and attractive design of the machine with clean lines and a generous working surface make it the total package for a busy café or restaurant.

Available in 2 group and 3 group versions, the standard features area volumetric touchpad on each group head with four coffee doses directly programmable from the control panel, manual over-ride switches on each head, raised groups for tall cups, LED lights to illuminate the working surface, options electronic pre-infusion, an automatic back flush function, an internally mounted pump and a thermosiphonic group system for thermal stability throughout the espresso shot.

What is the shipping policy?

Do I have to pay tariffs or customs duties?

Yes. Every pre-owned, ex-demo, and ex-training-room machine is inspected and fully serviced by our qualified technicians before it ships — many go through a detailed multi-point safety check. They're cleaned, tested, and ready to work on arrival, so you get proven performance at a fraction of new-machine cost.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase, and a 30% restocking fee applies. Contact us first to start a return (items sent back without authorization can't be accepted). Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
