The Karma is a countertop machine for making soft serve ice cream and frozen yogurt.

It has three distinct consistency levels and can dispense up to 120 cones/hour (75g cones) for the gravity model and 130 cones/hour (75g) for the pump version.

The Karma is made in Italy and is available in both gravity and pump models.

 

Features

The Karma's advanced technology makes it exceptionally quiet and produces a high overshoot for its size.

Its performance is boosted by the chilled hopper, which ensures that the product enters the freezing chamber cool. With 2.3 litres in the freezing chamber and 6.5 litres in the hopper (Gravity Model) and 4.5 (Pump Model), the Karma can create 150 cones (60g) per hour (9 kilogram) or 100 x 90g cones per hour.

The Karma has three settings: product consistency, minimum level control indicator light, and defrost/night mode. Initial production time is 15-20 minutes with ambient product and less than 10 minutes when refrigerated.
