Description

The VBM Domobar Super is a high-end twin boiler model that can be customised both inside and exterior. It is suited for high performance, with control over extraction temperature and a large steam production.

Magnetic side panels come in a range of colours and may be attached to the machine or quickly removed and customised to fit any design or surroundings. A combination of time, temperature, and pressure will produce the greatest flavour profile for each origin and coffee blend.

The pressure profiling mechanism allows you to save ten programmable recipes with eight changeable settings per profile. The extraction curve is displayed as a graph on the digital display, with the association between pressure and programmed time obvious.

 

The digital display also houses a variety of settings such as the automated on/off timer, precise temperature adjustments, and the force of the steam delivery, allowing you to tailor the Super to your specific needs.

Temperature stability is critical for producing superb espresso; both boilers are insulated, and the brew boiler is supplied with pre-heated water. This undoubtedly indicates that the Domobar Super has the best thermal retention boiler system paired with an E61 group head on the market.
